We made a little venture to The Children's Museum downtown Houston. We started the evening at the Taco Shop; the girls are truly Texans and enjoyed their burritos. We thought it would be a GREAT IDEA to go to the Free Family night at the museum. Oh my, I have had better ideas! We waited in line for 30+ minutes in the 97 degree sunshine. The girls cheeks were red, their hair was sweaty, and Jocelyn actually had sweat beads on her nose. All of this in the name of fun! Turned out, they LOVED the museum so it was all worth it...just more memorable. Jocelyn really enjoyed the car. She sat in it over and over again and honked the horn over and over and over again. She made a lot of passenger friends. Julia loved everything, nothing seems to intimidate her. We will definitely be visiting again soon!
